Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ConsultFlow Shopify app and the consultflow.net website (together, the “Service”), provided by ConsultFlow (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

ConsultFlow provides Shopify merchants with guided quote flows, a request inbox, response automation, and — as features become available — consultation booking and analytics, to help structure high-value product inquiries.

Accounts and plans

The Service is offered on Starter, Growth, and Pro plans, each with its own feature limits, billed monthly through Shopify. New accounts begin with a 14-day Growth Trial. There is currently no permanent free plan. You are responsible for selecting a plan appropriate to your usage and for charges incurred under your account.

Acceptable use

  • You will only collect customer data through ConsultFlow for legitimate business purposes related to your products
  • You will not use the Service to send unsolicited communications unrelated to a customer's own quote request
  • You will comply with applicable data protection law for any customer data you collect through the Service
  • You will not attempt to circumvent plan limits, disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the Quote Flows, response templates, and customer data you create or collect through the Service. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features described as planned or upcoming are not guaranteed to ship on any particular timeline. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
